Delete HYCM Account | End Your HYCM Journey

In some cases, you may want to close your HYCM account. This can happen because one or more of the following points:

• You’re not able to trade anymore
• You find that the HYCM broker is not suitable for you after some time trading.
• You don’t want to be charged with inactivity fees and have no intention to come back.

For these reasons and more, HYCM provides an option to delete your account permanently.

Note:

Accounts without any activity for ninety (90) consecutive days will be charged an administration (inactivity) fee of US $10.00 or the equivalent value in your Account base currency every month until any condition of the following happens:

• Account activity resumes
• The Account is closed by HYCM
• HYCM receive your instruction to close your Account
• Your account has a nil balance

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. To delete your account properly you should firstly withdraw your money in the account.

HYCM supports withdrawal using the same methods as deposit which are:

• Visa/ Mastercard
• Skrill
• Bank Transfer
• WebMoney

• Days are for indicative purposes and HYCM shall not be held liable for any delay of processing if such delays are out of our control.
• HYCM does not charge on withdrawals above US $300 using bank transfers, however there might be charges from the banks that are then deducted from the amount that you will receive.
• Please note withdrawals over $5,000 to Skrill or Neteller are subject to a 1% processing fee.

1. The next step will be to email accounts@hycm.com and additionally inform your account manager that you wish to close your account.

Dear HYCM Team,

I have an account in your database with the name …… and the email address that is linked to the account is ……….

Meanwhile, for some reasons, I have decided not to use the account again,

therefore I request that you kindly delete my account from your database and

also wipe all notifications if any.
